Tomato Pie

Preheat oven to 350. Mix biscuit mix, water, and butter together
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 T soft butter
- 4-5 med. tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup minced green onions
- 2 T minced fresh parsley

Mix and refrigerate overnight
- 2/3 cup real mayonnaise (can use part light mayo)
- 2/3 cup sour cream (can use lower fat)
- 1 T dried onion flakes
- 1 T dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 drops Tobasco

- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs

- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened (use cream cheese in a block or spreadable, don’t use fat-free, light or whipped)
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1 1 large egg
- 2 2 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 2 1/4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
