Dough: 1. Combine 2 cups (500 mL) flour, sugar, salt and yeast in large bowl
- Dough:
- 4 cups Best For Bread White Flour
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
- 2 packages (2 1/4 tsp/11 mL each) instant yeast
- 1 cup (250 mL) milk, warm
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) butter
- 1 egg
- Topping:
- 1 cup (250 mL) packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) corn syrup
- 1 cup (250 mL) halved pecans
- Filling:
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) cinnamon
