- 6 or 8 large green tomatoes
- 4 large onions
- 2 green peppers
- 1 red pepper
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 tsp celery seed
LEMON LOAF (FAVORITE)

light and buttery with a delicate lemon flavour
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter/margarine softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp grated lemon zest
- GLAZE
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
BAKED FILLETS

BLUEBERRY PIE

- 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pastry for a double crust pie (9 inches)
