- 16 CUPS SMALL-DICED CUCUMBERS (PEELED)
- 4 CUPS SMALL DICED ONION
- 2 cups small cauliflower florets
- 1 cup pickling salt
- 1-1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 6 cups cider vinegar (must be cold)
- 7 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup dry mustard
- 2 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp celery seeds
- 1 cup fine diced red bell pepper

Just put everything in a roaster and bake for a complete meal
- 2-1/4 lbs. stew meat, cut bite size or larger
- 2 medium onions, cut up
- 5 medium potatoes, quartered
- 5 carrots, quartered
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 28 oz. canned tomatoes
- 3 tbsp minute tapicoa
- 2 tsp beef bouillon powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp granulated sugar

- 5 cups whole milk
- 1 lb scallops
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 - 10 oz. can lobster
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp

- 2/3 cup butter/margarine
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
