- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups icing sugar
PINEAPPLE CHICKEN

Lots of dark brown sauce with chunks of chicken
- SAUCE
- 8 oz. can of pineapple tidbits, with juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp sherry (or alcohol-free sherry)
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 8) cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1-1/2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- 1/4 cup butter/hard margarine
- yellow cake mix, 1 layer size (or 1/2 of 2 layer size)

- 1/2 cup hard margarine, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 2 unsweetened chocolate baking squares
- (1 oz. each)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
FISH ANYWAY

- 1 tbsp dry onion soup mix, stir before measuring
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 4 fish fillet (4 oz. each)
- 2 tbsp hard margarine, melted
- Lemon peel twists (optional)
