This chocolaty goodie is a snap to make
- FIRST LAYER
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- SECOND LAYER
- 1/2 cup butter/margarine
- 2 tbsp vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp maple flavoring
- THIRD LAYER
- Reserved peanut butter mixture
- 1 cup peanuts

- 3 1/2 cups flour

You can make this from your shelf if you have chicken or turkey in the freezer or in cans
- 1 tbsp butter/margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 chopped celery
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 10 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp thyme
- 3 cups cooked chicken or turkey cut-up
- Bread slices, toasted and buttered

- 10 lbs potatoes
- water to cover
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 12 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 cup spanish onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 quart mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
- garnish: parsley, a box of cherry tomoatoes and paprika

- 1/2 cup coarse salt
- 3/4 qt. vinegar
