SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

- 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes,
- 2 about 2 lbs.
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter/margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
WIFE SAVER BREAKFAST

This is an excellent Xmas morning tradition
- 16 slices white bread (crusts removed)
- thinly sliced back bacon or ham
- 1/4 cups chopped green pepper
- slices of sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 - 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- dash of tabasco
- 3 cups milk (whole)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- crushed corn flakes
RASPBERRY MUFFINS

spicy streusel topping and a burst of raspberry make these special
- TOPPING:
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup butter/margarine, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh (or frozen whole) raspberries
- 3/4 cup diced, peeled cooking apple
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 3 tbsp cold butter(or hard margarine)
TUNA AND APPLE MELT

- 6 oz. can of flaked tuna, drained
- 1 small cooking apple (such as McIntosh) with peeel, diced (about 1-1/3 cups
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp salad dressing
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- 4 bread slices (or 2 bagels cut in half) toasted
- 4 Process cheese slices
CRISPPY OVEN CHICKEN
