- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chilled basil pesto
- 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops, 1 1/4-inch thick
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Italian Stuffed Chicken Breast

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend, or to taste (optional)

- 1-1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 6 pork sirloin cutlets (4 ounces each)
- 6 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth, divided
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen raspberries, thawed, pureed in blender, strained
