- 5 slices bacon
- 3 onions, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, with liquid
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley

- 1 lb. (450 g) cooked cleaned medium shrimp, coarsely chopped
- 4 cups plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato clam cocktail
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

HEAT oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 cups sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 1 large red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (1 inch)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 green onions, diagonally cut into thin slices

- 1 package stewing beef
- 1-2 squirts of vinegar
- 1 cube or package powdered beef broth
- 3-4 raw beets
- 1-2 raw carrots
- fresh dill (optional)

- water
- sour cream, to add when serving.
