In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, onion and worcestershire sauce until fluffy
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 4 C. (16 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, room temperature
- 2 T. milk
- 2 T. finely chopped onion
- 2 T. worcestershire sauce
- Coarsely cracked black pepper
- 1/2 C. crumbled blue cheese
- Minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- finely chopped pecans
Cranberry Sweet Potato Muffins

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cold mashed sweet potatoes (without added butter or milk)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
- Cinnamon-sugar
Crunchy Sweet Potato Casserole

Directions Place sweet potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water
- TOPPING:
- 1-3/4 pounds sweet potatoes (about 3 large), peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cold butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Easy Corn Casserole

- 1 (8 3/4-ounce) can no-salt-added whole-kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8 3/4-ounce) can no-salt-added cream-style corn
- 1 (8 1/2-ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 1 (8-ounce) carton plain fat-free yogurt

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
