- 1/8 t. nutmeg
- 1/4 c. plus 3 T. skim milk
- 3 T. vegetable oil
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 c. fresh raspberries
- 1 c. fresh blueberries
- 3 T. sugar
- 1/2 c. red currant jelly, melted

In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and ginger
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh gingerroot
- 2-1/2 cups reduced-calorie reduced-sugar cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
