Spread oyster crackers on large flat pan Mix other ingre & pour over crackers
- 1 box oyster crackers
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 tsp dill weed
- 1 pkg ranch dressing mix (.4 oz)
Cranberry Meat Balls

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 (16-ounce) can cranberry sauce
- 1 (12-ounce) jar chili sauce
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
Lemon Chess Pie

Beat eggs well, add sugar & lemon juice and mix well in mixer, add cooled butter & salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
- 1 stick butter, melted

Chocolate Icebox Pie

Heat milk until it just begins to bubble around the edges in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat (do not boil)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 3 T butter
- 1 (6 oz) ready-made chocolate crumb piecrust
- 1 cup shipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 (1.55 oz) milk choc. candy bar, chopped
Barbeque Sauce for Pork

Combine all ingredients. Parboil ribs in water Cook for about 1 hour 15 minutes or until tender

- 3/4 cup each: horseradish, vinegar, catsup
- 3 t. salt
- 3 t. Worcestershire sauce

- 2 cups (8oz) shredded sharp cheese
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1-cup sour cream
