- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup half n half
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 3/4 s bread crumbs
Barbeque Sauce

- Sugar
- Red pepper flakes

Ranch potatoes

Cook potatoes until tender in salted water, drain well
- 3 1/2 cups white potatoes, diced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash black pepper
- 1/4 cup plus 1 T bacon bits, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (12-ounce) package cooked noodles

- 1/2 lb grated N Y State cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 stick butter
- Dash red pepper
- Dash salt

To eggs add flour, salt & milk & beat well
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 lb sharp cheddar, grated
- 4 T flour
- 1 lb Monterey Jack, grated
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 -4 oz cans chopped green chilies
Baked rice

Add onion & garlic to the melted butter, cook until transparent
- 2 Tab butter
- 2 Tab minced onion
- 1/2 tea minced garlic
- 1 cup rice
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth or water
- Thyme – 1 sprig fresh or 1/4 tsp dried
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 3 sprigs parsley
- Salt / pepper to taste
Ham Salad

Thoroughly mix
- 3 cups chopped ham
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tab mustard
Three Bean Salad

Mix all together and refrigerate
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can wax beans
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 cup olive or salad oil
- 2/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar (or brown sugar)
- Garlic salt
- Salt & pepper to taste
