Cathey's Pork Ribs with Bar b Que Sauce

Parboil ribs in water with salt, pepper and dried onions for an hour or until tender
- Pork baby back ribs
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3.4 each : horseradish, vinegar, catsup
- 3 t salt
- 3 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 t Tabasco
- 3 - 4 crushed garlic cloves
Pecan Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- There are many versions, but most versions include com syrup and at least 3 eggs. You can use chopped pecans, but we like using halves for the biggest pecan flavor. This came from the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- 2 cups pecan halves, divided
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish pie shell
Tuna Marinade

Marinade at least 30 minutes, turning several times
- Large pod of garlic ~ or 2 small
- 2 oz. Olive oil
- 1 oz wine vinegar
- Worcestershire
- Lemon pepper
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger
Alfreda Pasta - Fettuccine

1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat
- 1 pound uncooked fettuccine
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/4 cups half-and-half
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- I added onions, mushrooms, garlic, green pepper & shrimp which I sauteed seperately

- 3 cups sugar
- 1 lb sweet cream butter
- 3/4 c milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp flavoring (almond,vanilla, lemon,rum etc.)Patricia uses 3 tsp.
Oatmeal Cookies

Mix all together and drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oatmeal

- 6 T flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup half n half
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t paprika
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/3 cup diced cooked celery
- 3 T chopped cooked green peppers
- onions, cooked and chopped
- vegetables (frozen)
