Baked Vidalia Onion Dip

MELT butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add onion, and saute 10 minutes or until tender
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 large Vidalia onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
Banana-Orange Nut Bread

Corn Pudding

Combine first 4 ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 6 cups fresh corn kernels (about 12 ears)*

- 1 8 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper

- 1 can Rotel (med)
- 1 can white Navy beans
- 2 cans shoepeg white corn
- 3 T French's chillio seasoning
Chicken n Wild Rice Salad

Blend mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and set aside
- 2/3 c mayonnaise
- ¼ c milk
- 2 T lemon juice
- 3 c cooked chicken
- 3 c cooked wild rice( I used instant ,but I wouldn’t use that again.)
- 1/3 c green onion, chopped
- 8 oz water chestnuts, sliced & drained
- ½ t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 c red grapes, cut in half
- 1 c salted cashews
