Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 2 1/2 lbs. baking potatoes, 4 (8oz. each)
- 1 garlic bulbs
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Yellow Squash Ribbons with Red Onion and Parmesan

Using a vegetable peeler, shave squash into ribbons to measure 5 cups
- 4 medium yellow squash (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) shaved fresh Parmesan cheese
Deana's Cheesy Chicken Pie

Heat oven to 350F. Lightly grease 9-inch pie pan
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 20 ounces Broccoli, Cauliflower

- cheese flavored sauce, ( 2 10 oz. pkgs.)
- 1 teaspoon dried onions
- 2 cups reduced fat Bisquick®
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup lowfat cheddar cheese
Quick Pizza Sticks

sheet. Remove dough from can; unrol onto greased cookie sheet, forming 12x9inch rectangle
- 1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust, (10 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
- 2 ounces provolone cheese, (1/2 Cup) shredded
- 1 tablespoon grated romano cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, (or1/8 teas.cayenne)

- 2 Tbsp rosemary
- 3 medium garlic clove(s), halved
- 1 tsp table salt
- 1 pound(s) lean sirloin beef, trimmed of all visible fat

- 2 bunch(es) arugula, cleaned

- 2 1/2 ounces mushrooms, canned
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon pimientos
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Velveeta Broccoli Soup

- 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine

- 2-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1 container (15 oz.) POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup water
- 12 lasagna noodles, uncooked

- 12 ounces lean sirloin beef, about 1/2-inch thick, trimmed (Great use for leftover steak)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, divided
- 1 1/4 teaspoons chili powder, divided
- 1 cup onion, sliced (about 1 large)
- 1 cup sweet red pepper, sliced (about 1 large)
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 cup salsa, I use Pace Picante Sauce
- 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- 8 large leaves lettuce, green leaf-variety (optional)
