YEAST ROLLS REFRIGERATOR

Stir together yeast and warm water in a medium bowl, let mixture stand 5 minutes
- Orange butter:
- 1 envelope dry active yeast
- 2 cups warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
- 6 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
SPICY CHEESE DIP

Puree stewed tomato juice only, garlic and 2 jalapenos in a blender or processor
- 1 (12 oz.) can stewed tomatoes with juice
- 4-6 cloves garlic
- 3 whole fresh jalapenos
- 1 whole medium white onion
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 fresh Roma tomatoes
- Kosher salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1-2 chopped jalapenos
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 2 lbs. velveeta cheese cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup whole milk
BASIC MEAT MARINADE

Stir together onion and remaining ingredients
- 1 small onion diced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper.
HOLIDAY MORNING FRENCH TOAST

Combine brown sugar, butter and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a 13 x 9” dish
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon divided
- 3 tart apples peeled cored and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 loaf Italian or French bread cut into 1” slices
- 6 large eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
WHITE PIZZA

Combine yeast and sugar with 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 package yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 3-3 -1/2 cups white bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal (if using baker's peel)
- 3/4 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 6 leaves fresh basil shredded
HONEY HAM

Make crosswise slits, 1-1/2" apart, halfway through ham to where knife touches bone
- 1 - 7 lb. smoked ham
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup honey or brown sugar, packed
- 1 (16 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
TWO BEAN SALAD

Combine all ingredients in large bowl
- 1 can each cut green and yellow wax beans drained
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 3 stalks celery thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red or green pepper
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
SOUR CREAM ORANGE COFFEE CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE PECAN STREUDEL

Streudel: Whisk brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl to blend
- Streudel:
- 1-1/2 cups (packed) golden brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons chilled salted butter diced
- 1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Cake:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/3 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 sticks salted butter, room temperature
- 3 large eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup orange juice, powdered sugar
GARLIC-THYME PORK TENDERLOIN WITH CREAMY CIDER SAUCE

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
- 3 tablespoons butter divided
- 3 ( 1 lb.) tenderloins
- 1 teaspoon salt divided
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper divided
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme divided
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup minced shallots
- 1 cup unsweetened apple cider or juice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
COKE SALAD

Drain juice from pineapple and cherries, add enough water to make 2 cups
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 large jar maraschino cherries (chopped)
- 1- 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 small package cherry jello
- 1 small package strawberry jello
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 12 oz. can Coke
