MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE

Combine all ingredients, stirring until smooth
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 evenlope good seassning Italian salad dressing mix
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider or red wine vinegar
SOURDOUGH BREAD

In large bowl, mix all ingredients except oil spray adding corn oil last
- 1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1-1/2 cups starter
- 1 cup warm water
- 6-7 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup corn oil (do not substitute)
- Cooking spray
BROWNIES DARK CHOCOLATE

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1-1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts
BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

- 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup redhot sauce
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 cups cooked chicken

Cook onions in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender
- 1/2 cup chopped onions

- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans or pinto beans, drained and mashed
- 1/3 cup mild salsa
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cubed avocado
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 8.5 oz. package 6 " flour tortillas
- 1 medium size ref pepper cut into thin strips

LEMON CURED POUND CAKE

Beat butter and shortening at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy
- LEMON CURD:
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- Lemon Curd
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
INDIAN RELISH

Mix salt into tomatoes, let sit 3 hours
- 2 quart green tomatoes
- 1 quart onions
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 large each green and red peppers
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 quart water
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 cup flour
- 6 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons celery and mustard seeds
- 2 cups hot water
- 6 cups vinegar
- 6 cups white sugar
RIB ROAST WITH GARLIC CRUST

Remove any lose papery skin from garlic, leaving heads intact
- 2 whole heads garlic
- 1 - 3 rib beef roast with chine bone removed
- 10 medium sized onions
- 1-1/2 lbs. carrots
- 1 lb. medium sized parsnips
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon leaves
- Margarine or butter
- Salt
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 beef flavored bouillon cub or envelope
PORK CACCIATORE

Sprinkle pork cubes with salt and pepper
- 1 lb. boneless pork cubed
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 stalk celery finely chopped
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms
- 1 - 1lb. can crushed tomatoes
- 1/3 cup dry red wine or beef broth
- 2 tablespoons dried crushed rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon each basil and oregano
ONION SOUP

Slice onions and mince them
- 4-5 large onions (4-5 cups minced)
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1.4 teaspoon peppercorns coarsely crushed
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 can (10.5 ounces each) condensed beef broth
- 3 cups water
- 1 bay leaf
- 6-8 slices french bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
