- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups mashed very ripe bananas
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
