SAVORY MUSHROOM PILLOWS

Process mushrooms in a food processor until finely chopped
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 package (12 oz.) wonton wrappers
- vegetable oil
TANDOORI MARINADE FOR CHICKEN

Marinate chicken two hours or overnight in refrigerator
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt, cumin, ginger, turmeric, and cayenne pepper

- 2 garlic cloves minced
STICKY HOISIN PORK RIBS

SAUCE: Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl until smooth

- 1 cup hoisin sauce

- 3 quarts water
- 1-1/4 cups soy sauce

- 1/2 cup dry Sherry
- 5 lbs. pork spareribs cut between bones to separate ribs

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in 1/4 cup of warm water
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water (105-155 degrees)
- 2-3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Topping of your choice
LEMON DILL CHICKEN PATTIES WITH ORZO

ORZO: Cook orzo in lightly salted water as package directs
- ORZO:
- 1-1/4 cups uncooked orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoons snipped dill
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- PATTIES:
- 1 cup fine fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons snipped dill
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
HARLEY DAVIDSON’S BARBECUE SAUCE

Saute onions in oil in heavy saucepan until translucent
- 2 large onions chopped
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 5-1/4 cups canned tomatoes with juice
- 3 cups cider vinegar
- 1-3/4 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar packed
- 1/4 cup brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoons coarse black pepper
CINNAMON PECAN SHORTBREAD

Whisk first 6 ingredients in large bowl to bend
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup (packed) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1-1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into 1/2" cubes, room temperature
- 1 large egg white, beaten to blend with 1 tablespoons water (for glaze)
- 1-1/2 cups chopped toasted pecans for wedges, or 36 pecan halves for round cookies

- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
- Dash hot sauce or cayenne pepper
- 8 large toasted bread rounds
- Chopped parsley leaves, for garnish
- 8 ounces good white crabmeat, picked free of all shells
