  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed coriander seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot style-mustard
  • Dash ground red pepper
  • -Alarm Sauce:
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 large tomato peeled, seeded and chopped (3/4 cup)
  • 1 small green pepper chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1.4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
