- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup salad oil
- juice of 2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes tobasco sauce
DIRT CAKE

Crush oreos. Set aside. In bowl, cream butter, sugar and cream cheese together
- 1 (20 oz.) package Oreos
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 packages (-1/2 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
- 3-1/2 cups cold milk
- 12 oz. non-dairy whipped topping
- Gummy worms for garnish
POT STICKER DIPPING SAUCE

Combine all ingredients and blend well
- 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sugar
RAISINETS COOKIE BAR

Spray 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan with pam and set aside
- Glaze:
- Non-sticking spray
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup undiluted evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Nonstick vegetable spray
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cubes
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup sliced amonds
POTATO GRATIN

- 2-1/2 lbs. potatoes
- 1 garlic glove, halved
- 1-1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- Coarse salt

DINNER ROLLS SOUR CREAM

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl, let stand 5 minutes
- 2 packages yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup commercial sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 5-1/2 to 6 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened and divided
CHOCOLATE PECAN BARS

Grease loaf pan. Set pan in pan of water
- Beat 2 eggs with one cup sugar and 1/2 cup flour
- Add 1/4 teaspoon, salt
- Melt 1 stick butter and 2 tablespoons of hersheys cocoa
- Stir chocolate mixture into eggs and sugar
- Add 1 teaspoon vanilla
- add 1 cup chopped pecans
MARINATED BEEF
