CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS SNOW PUNCH

In punch bowl, combine fruit punch and ice cream
- 1 64 ounce carton fruit punch
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 quart Sprite, chilled
ROASTED CORN AND TOMATO SALAD

Combine all ingredients. Mix well, season with salt and pepper
- 1 cup roasted sweet corn
- 1/2 pint each red and yellow tear drop tomatoes washed and sliced in half
- 1/2 cup minced red onions
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
LO MEIN SAUCE

In pot, place sesame oil, garlic, chopped green onions, ginger and chilies and saute 4 minutes
- 1 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 4 tablespoons green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 4 Thai green chilies
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (chili sauce)
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
CAJUN BLACKENING RUB

Combine all ingredients and store in tightly closed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoon sweet paprika
