- 1 bar (3oz - 85g) mint dark chocolate
- 1 1/8 cups spelt flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup inrefined sugar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Vegan Chocolate Cake

Put vinegar in cup and add soy milk
- 1/2 cup soy margarine
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose white flour
- 2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups sweetener
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons egg replacer
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup water

- 2 oranges, cut into wedges
