- 2 tsp olive oil
- 5-6 oz shiitake mushrooms (about 2 1/2-3 cups) stems removed, and cut in halves or thirds
- 4-5 oz snow peas, ends trimmed and cut lengthwise in thirds
- 1 tsp tamari
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp black seseme seeds
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- lime wedges (for garnish)
- toasted seseme oil (for finishing)
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 1/2 tbsp tamari
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 tbsp toasted seseme oil
- 3 tbsp agave nectar
