Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 tubes (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 8 oz sliced pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tbs diced sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley -OR- 1 tbs dehydrated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- pizza sauce for dipping
Homemade Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter until foaming
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces white button mushrooms sliced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 1 qt. milk, scalded
- 1 can (13 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
- Fresh chopped parsley
Garlic Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon (The Best Salmon Ever!)

- 2 pounds salmon
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- garnish with sliced lemons and chopped parsley if desired
