Reese’s Marshmallow Bars

Make the brownies according to directions and add the chocolate chips
- 1 Box Brownie Mix
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups marshmallows, cut in half, or 3 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups reese's, chopped
Hot and Sour Soup

Directions 1) To make chicken stock, add all the ingredients to a large, heavy stockpot
- Chinese Chicken Stock:
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can bamboo stalks, sliced
- 6 dried black fungus, soaked and sliced
- 6 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked and sliced
- 1 block tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch + 1/4 cup water
- 2 quarts Chinese chicken stock (recipe below)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of sugar
- Scallions, garnish
- Cilantro, garnish
- 1 chicken carcass
- 2 inches fresh ginger, cut into coins
- 6 cloves garlic, halved
- 6 scallions
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 20 black peppercorns
- 5-6 dried red chiles

Copycat Hawaiian Sweet Bread Recipe

Instructions Mix yeast with ½ C
- 2 packets active dry yeast
- 1/2 C. warm water
- 3 eggs
- 1 C. pineapple juice
- 1/2 C. water
- 2/3 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (optional)
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 6 C. white flour
Crockpot Pasta Fagioli

Directions: Brown ground beef in a skillet
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can white kidney beans, drained
- 3 (10 ounce) cans beef stock
- 3 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 5 teaspoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 1 (20 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces pasta
Instant Pot Beef Stew

Turn the Instant pot to the saute setting
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to season meat
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 1/2 cups chicken or beef broth
- 1 large onion, 2 cups chopped, 1 inch pieces
- 2 stalks celery- 1 cup chopped into one inch pieces
- 1 lb bag baby carrots
- 2 lbs potatoes, red, white or russets, cleaned, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 14 oz can chopped tomatoes or 2 cups chopped tomatoes with juice
- 1 tablespoon Knorr beef seasoning or 2 beef bullion cubes (I look for no MSG included)
- 1 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon each dried thyme and oregano
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)
Chicken and Dumpling Casserole

The secret of this is not to stir anything
- 2 chicken breast ( cooked and shredded ( I use a store bought rotisserie chicken) )
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 Can (12 oz) cream of chicken soup ( the herbed cream of chicken soup if you can find it )
- 3 teaspoons chicken bouillon ( I use Wylers )
- 1/2 teaspoon sage ( dried )
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mom's Meatloaf

Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1/4 pound ground pork
- 1 cup minced onions
- 1/2 cup minced green peppers
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 to 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper
- 2 cups veal stock
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons water
Olive Garden Stuffed Chicken Marsala Copycat

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Combine all cheese stuffing ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Cheese Stuffing:
- 1/2 cup smoked shredded cheese (provolone or Gouda)
- 8-oz package mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
- 2 Tbsp sun-dried tomato, chopped (drain first if in oil)
- 1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup sour cream (6 oz)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 small onion, cut in half and thinly sliced lengthwise
- 24 fl oz Marsala wine
- 8 fl oz heavy cream
- 2 small containers button mushrooms, thinly sliced (6 cups)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 4 fl oz olive oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Strawberry Cream Cheese Cobbler

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Melt butter and pour into 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup of all Purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 quarts whole strawberries, washed and tops off
- 4 oz cream cheese, cut into small pieces.
Bang Bang Shrimp - Copycat from Bonefish Grill
