- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup maple syrup, or dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup cream, warm to the touch
- 4 tablespoons butter, cold
- 2 cups roasted pecan, chopped
- whole roasted pecan, to serve
Caramel Apple Pie Bombs

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, divided
- 2 medium apples, peeled cored and diced
- 6 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 30 caramels, unwrapped and divided
- All-purpose flour, (for dusting)
- 12 frozen white dinner roll dough balls,
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

- 1 1/4 cups milk

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt

- Honey Glaze:
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons milk

- 3 cups diced Granny Smith apples, about 2 apples
- 1 cup lightly toasted chopped walnuts

- 1/2 C. milk
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 1 lb.)
- 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 C. Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing, finely crushed
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 1-2 large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats and set aside
- 2 pie crusts homemade or store-bought
- 2 cups (240 grams) chopped apples
- 1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons (15 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 -1 teaspoon ground cinnamon adjust to your personal preference
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 large egg lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) milk
- 1 tablespoon (15 grams) butter cubed into small pieces, optional
