Banana Bread (Starbucks)

Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour 9X5X3 inch loaf pan and dust with flour
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/8 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tblsp buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 ripe medium-large bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup walnuts (in addition to 1/2 cup)
Peach Crisp (with lemon)

- FILLING:
- 5 large ripe peaches, pitted and cut into chunks
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup tightly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
- Pinch kosher salt
- TOPPING:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 stick cold unsalted butter, cut into pea sized pieces
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds

- 1 medium Green Bell Pepper-diced
- 1 small Red Onion-diced
- Dressing mixture:*
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

- CAKE:
- 1 1/2 cups + 1 tablespoon all purpose flour, divided
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice powder
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- LEMON SYRUP:
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- LEMON GLAZE:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1 15 oz container part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 7-oz packages Kerrygold Blarney Castle Cheese, shredded

- 1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1/2 C yellow cornmeal
- 1 TBS baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 C sour cream
- 1/4 C milk
