- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained

- Makes 18
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 (17.3-ounce) package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed (2 sheets)
- 1/2 pound deli ham, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 8 ounces Brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cranberry chutney
- Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Bow Tie Pasta Casserole

1. Pour a little bit of olive oil into a fry pan and thaw the chicken until heated through
- 1 bag of Tyson Bagged Chicken (the fully cooked, cut into strips kind) - I didn't use a whole bag, but pretty close.
- 1 Jar of Ragu (the sauteed Onion and Garlic one).
- 1 packet of Italian salad dressing mix
- Italian Seasoning
- Almost 1 box of Bow Tie pasta
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

- 2 refrigerated 9-inch pie crusts
- 1 brick (8 oz.) softened cream cheese (I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (1/2 for filling, 1/2 for topping)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp. milk or heavy cream
