- A flaky crust surrounds a pastry cream in this traditional dessert from the Basque region of France. The name means simply “Basque Cake.” In the Basque language, the cake is called “Etxeko biskotxa” or “cake of the house.”

Loaded Baked Potato Soup

- 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
Pineapple Casserole

- 2 cans (20-ounces) pineapple chunks reserve juice
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 stick (4-ounces) butter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 25 buttery round crackers (Ritz are good) crumbled
- or 1 cup crushed cornflakes (measure after crushed)
Peanut Butter Fudge, 2 ingredient

Empty both the peanut butter and frosting into a microwave safe container
- 1 Jar of any brand peanut butter – 16.3 oz
- 1 – Tub ready made frosting any flavor ( I like the plain vanilla,the best but avoid cream cheese and whipped they won't work right. Dark chocolate would be good too.)
