Orange Cream Cupcakes

- Frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice (from about
- 2 oranges)
- 1 8 -ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces, at room temperature
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest
- 3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
- 1 drop red food coloring (optional)
- Store-bought candied orange zest, for topping
Napoleon, Classic French

The Napoleon is a pastry made of many layers of puff pastry with filling alternating the layers
- For Puff Pastry:
- 1/2 of a 17 1/4-ounce package (1 sheet) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- For Cream Filling:
- 1/4 cup granulated or superfine sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup half and half or light cream
- 2 slightly beaten egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- For Glaze:
- 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons boiling water
- Fruit Preserve or Jam Filling: (optional)
- 1/3 cup seedless raspberry or strawberry jam or preserves
- Chocolate Drizzle Topping:
- 1 1/2 tablespoons melted semisweet chocolate
Pizza Rounds, Punched

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray 20 standard (2-1/2-inch) nonstick muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 container (12 ounces) refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits)
- 80 mini pepperoni slices or 20 small pepperoni slices
- 8 to 10 pickled jalapeño pepper slices, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon dried basil, crushed
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- Shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
Chocolate Dessert Lasagna

Cover bottom of baking dish with chocolate grahams, breaking to fit if needed, then set aside
- 9 " x 13" baking dish
- 1 box chocolate grahams
- 2 − 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 24 oz container whipped topping, divided
- 2 – 3 oz boxes chocolate instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
