Blueberry Crumb Cake (9-inch Cake pan)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- STREUSEL
- 1/4 cup (2-ounces) granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar lightly packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 1 stick (4-ounces; 1/2 cup) unsalted butter melted
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- CAKE
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter room temperature
- 3/4 cup (6-ounces) granulated sugar
- 2 extra large eggs room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup blueberries
- Confectioners' sugar for sprinkling

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat; add flour, stirring until smooth
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 can tomatoes with basil, oregano, garlic diced (14 1/2 ounce)
