Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into large bowl, Beat egg yolks slightly in small bowl
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour sifted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 large eggs separate out yolks
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup (8-ounces) heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon zest, finely chopped optional
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
Tomato Mushroom Salad

Toss just before serving.
- Dressing:
- 1 box (pint) cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
- 1 box (pint) fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 medium scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- black pepper to taste
Beef, Stuffed Peppers/Porcupine Meatballs

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper

- 1 tin water

Flatten the chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Deli ham (as many slices as you have chicken breasts)
- Provolone cheese (as many slices as you have chicken breasts)

Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, combine wafers and butter
- 1 C. Vanilla wafers, crushed, (30 ea)
- 2 T. Butter, melted
- 3/4 C. Sugar
