Chocolate, Triple-Chocolate Mousse Cake

- For the Cake:
- 10 oz. high-quality semisweet chocolate (chopped)
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter (softened at room temperature)
- For the Chocolate Mousse Layer:
- 10 oz. high-quality semisweet chocolate(chopped)
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 2 Tablespoons cool water
- For the White Chocolate Mousse Layer:
- 7 oz. high-quality white chocolate(chopped)
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1 Tablespoon cool water
White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge-make in 5 minutes

- Yield: approximately (36) 1-inch pieces
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup room temperature caramel sauce
Beef, Doritos Casserole

Great pot luck dish---may add a can of washed kidney beans
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 package Taco seasoning
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can Campbell’s Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 bag of Doritos, crushed (I used a larger one)
- 1 8 0z bag of shredded cheese (any kind will do)
- Sour cream and salsa for topping, if desired

- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
