- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 C packed fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 C fine unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp olive or other vegetable oil
Thai Chicken with Vermicelli

In skillet heat oil; saute chicken until golden
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 1 10 ounce can chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 green onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 375 grams capelli d'angelo, vermicelli, or fine egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Bacon & Tomato Bread

- 1/4 C snipped sun-dried tomato backed in oil
- 1 T olive or cooking oil
- 3 C flour
- 1/4 C cooked bacon pieces

- 1/2 C butter
- 2 C light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 eggs, seperated
- 2 C sifted cake flour
- 1 $ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 C sour cream
Thai chicken and Noodles

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 10oz bottle sweet chili sauce
- 3 T creamy peanut butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 14oz can chicken broth
- 1 8oz pkg vermicelli noodles
- 1 C shredded cabbage and carrot mix
- 1 C bean sprouts (optional)
- chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- chopped roasted peanuts (optional)
Chicken and Cheese Baquette

Slice baquette into 2 lengthwise pieces
- 1 baquette
- 1/4 C milk
- 3 T soft butter
- 1 1/2 C cooked chopped chicken
- 3 T chopped onion
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 C grated cheese
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- salt and pepper
Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches

In large heavy skillet over medium, heat butter until it sizzles
- 1/4 C butter
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 C dry sherry
- 1 bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 C hot water
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tgsp Worcestershire
- 2 1/2 lb sirloin tip roast cooked and thinly sliced.
- 8 rolls or pita breads
Sparkling Berry Punch

Combine all juices. Let thaw
- 250 milliliters frozen raspberry juice concentrate
- 341 milliliters frozen cranberry cocktail concentrate
- 355 milliliters frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 750 milliliters gingerale
- 750 milliliters club soda
- 2 cups vodka or gin
Thai Chicken Pizza

Combine all 8 sauce ingredients in small saucepan
- 1 pizza crust dough
- 1/2 C smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 C water
- 2 T white vinegar
- 3 T brown sugar, packed
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried crushed chilies
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast alves. cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 1 1/2 C grated mozzarella
- 1 C bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 T chopped peanuts
Chicken Adado

Combine all ingredients except chicken; nix well in saucepan; heat to boiling
- 2 cups olive oil
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 broiler or fryer chickens, about 2 pounds each, split in half
