Baked Parmesan Chicken

Combine first 9 ingredients in soup bowl
- 1/2 cup fine cracker or bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 pounds chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Potato Asiago Muffins

Measure first 6 ingredients into large bowl
- 1 3/4 C all-purpose flour
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 C mashed potatoes
- 1 1/4 C buttermilk
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1 T chopped fresh dill (or 3/4 tsp dill weed)
- 1/2 C grated Asiago cheese
White Mocha Mousse

Combine ground coffee beans and heavy cream and allow to stand for 6 hours
- 4 1/2 oz white chocolate
- 250 ml heavy cream
- ground coffee beans
- Creme de Cacoa to taste
Peanut Sesame Chicken

Heat oils in a large heavy-bottomed skillet until smoking
- vegetable oil
- 2 T sesame oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced ito strips
- 9 oz broccoli, divided into small flowerets
- 9 oz baby corn on the cob, halved if large
- 1 small red bell pepper, cored, sedded, and sliced
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 C ornage juice
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T toasted sesame seeds
- 1/3 C roasted, shelled, unsalted peanuts
- rice or noodles, to serve
Coffee & Liquer Pound Cake

In large bowl, with electric mixer, cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coffee liqueur
- icing sugar

- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 C chopped sweet onion
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1/2 C barbecue sauce
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 can baked beans
- 6 kaiser rolls, split and warmed
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (optional)
Apricot Chocolates

In small bowl, mix apricots with brandy; cover and let stand for 1 hour
- 1/4 C finely chopped dried apricots
- 1 T brandy
- 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/3 C ground peacans or almonds
Long Island Iced Tea

- 1/2 ounce tequila
- 1/2 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce gin
- 1 dash cola
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Tomato Sauce

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan
- 4 1/2 lbs ripe tomatoes, peeled, stem ends and cores removed, coarsely chopped
- 3 medium onions, very finely chopped
- 1 C white vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 bay leaves
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp table salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 C granulated sugar
