Spicy Green Bean Casserole

- 5 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 c panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp slivered almonds
- 12 oz cremini and/or shitake mushrooms, sliced 1/4" thick
- 1 med onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp minced serrano or jalapeno pepper
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 c chicken stock or broth
- 1 c half-and-half
- 1 lb haricots verts (French string beans), rinsed, trimmed and halved
Shrimp Scampi Anne

Wash and devein shrimp, leaving tail tip section of shell on the shrimp
- 30 jumbo bay shrimp (~ 1-1/2 lbs)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt, black and red pepper - to taste
- 3 lg garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 8 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/3 cup white wine
- dash Tabasco sauce
- linguine, cooked
- 1/4 cup Parmesan and Romano Cheese, grated
Cheesy baked mustard chicken

Preheat oven to 375º F. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper and place in a large baking dish
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
Perfect Pan-Roasted Chicken Thighs

- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 10 hot dogs
- 1 can pre-made biscuits
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
