Easy Shrimp Alfredo

In saucepan, over medium heat, cook shrimp and basil in oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink
- 1 box fettucine, cooked per pkg directions
- 1 lb raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup dry white wine or water
- 1 jar Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- salt and pepper
Creamy Shrimp Tacos

Philadelphia Cooking Creme recipe
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced onions
- 1 lb uncooked deveined peeled small shrimp
- 1 tub (10oz) Philadelphia Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme
- 8 corn tortillas (6")
- 1 cup Mexican style finely shredded four cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1/4 cup shredded radishes
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice from 1 lime
Mediterranean-Style Stuffed Chicken

Preheat oven to 400 deg; line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (5 or 6 oz each)
- 2 tsp each lemon pepper and dried basil
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 C olive tapenade
- 1/4 C whole sundried tomatoes (oil-packed)
- 1 small zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch half-moons
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 2 oz crumbled feta cheese

- 4 4 4 med zucchini, cut into noodles using a spiralizer or similar tool
- 4 4 4 oz red cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 4 4 oz gold cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 8 8 oz small balls of Buffalo mozzarella, drained
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c prepared pesto
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

- 4 small baking potatoes, peeled
- 1 Tbsp margarine, melted
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 3 Tbsp fresh bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1-1/2 tsp water

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup nonfat buttermilk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 lg egg
- 1 lg egg white
- 1 small zucchini, peeled and shredded (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp chilled margarine
