Cool Mint Oreo Cookie Balls

Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended
- 6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (15.25 oz.) OREO Cool Mint Creme Cookies, finely crushed (about 4 cups)
- 3 pkg. (4 oz. each) Baker's White Chocolate, broken into pieces, melted
- 6 drops green food coloring
- 2 T chocolate sprinkles or green sugar sprinkles
SPINACH DIP

Creamy Basil Parmesan Italian Soup is full of Italian flavors and easy to make
- 1 pound chicken breasts, chopped bite size
- 2 cups uncooked small macaroni
- 3 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 4 to 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 5 cups chicken stock or broth
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with garlic, NOT drained
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley, or 1 tablespoon fresh
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil, chopped
- Dash - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups heavy cream, can substitute half and half
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

In a small bowl, combine yeast, 1 tablespoon sugarmand water
- 1 envelope Fleischman's yeast
- 1 cup plus 5 tablespoons 1/2 cup warm water
- 7 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups plus 5 tablespoons margarine, divided
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons Karo syrup
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Approximately 1/2 pound pecan halves

- 1/2 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. Kahlua

- 2 ( 3 ounces ) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 ( 14-ounces ) can sweeted condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons leamon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup fresh or frozzen raspberries
- 1 ( 6-ounces ) READY CRUST Choclate Pie Crust
- Chocolate Glaze ( recipe follows )
