Blueberry Crisp

- Topping:
- 2 pints blueberries, or 1 lb. frozen
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 stick butter, cut in small pieces
Berry Cobbler

- 5 cups dewberries (or blackberries)
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- pie crust for 9" pie (single)
Marie's Fried Pies

My granny made these for me a lot when I was a young girl
- Crust:
- 1 can sliced apples, drained and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Crisco
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- oil
- powdered sugar
Dewberry Cobbler

This is a softer, cake-like cobbler
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 4-5 cups dewberries
- 2-3 cups sugar
Easy Peach Cobbler

Melt butter in 7x11" pan. Mix first cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk well and pour into pan
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- dash salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups peaches (can substitute apples or cherries)
- 1 cup sugar
Granny's Pie Crust

Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening
- 5 cups flour
- 2 cups shortening
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (with enough cold water to equal 1 cup)
Volcano Cake

Mix cake mix as directed on pkg
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cup coconut, optional
- 1 German Chocolate cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
No Bake Cheesecake

Beat cream cheese, gradually add sugar
- 1 6 oz. graham cracker crust
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (can use light)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream (can use light)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 8 oz. Cool Whip (can use light)
Oatmeal Cookies

Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet
- 1 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Chocolate Mousse Pie

This is a family favorite!
- 1 7-oz. milk chocolate candy bar with almonds
- 16 large marshmallows or 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
- 1 pastry shell, baked or graham cracker or chocolate crumb crust (8 or 9 inches)
- Garnish: 1 small Hershey bar
