- 1 cup shortening
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 5 1/2 cup cake flour
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla

Chocoholic Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cups cocoa
- 1 (12 oz) pkg chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 9 oz. (3 - 3 oz. bars) white chocolate
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Crisco
Honey and Spice Cut-Outs

- 2 1/4 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey

Orange Delight

- 1 can Eagle Brand milk sweetened condensed milk
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- vanilla wafers (crushed)
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped or Cool Whip
Chicken Tequila

This is a fabulous dish for special occasions
- 1 (16oz) package noodles. (Bowtie is best)
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons minced jalapeño peppers
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 5 Tablespoons tequila
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 4-6 Chicken Breast halves, cooked and cubed
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
- 2 green bell peppers thinly sliced
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
Sugar-free Banana Pudding

Combine pudding mixes and prepare according to package directions, using 5 cups milk and a wire whisk
- 1 (1.5 oz) pkg vanilla sugar-free instant pudding mix
- 1 (1-oz) pkg vanilla sugar-free instant pudding mix
- 5 cups fat-free milk
- 1 (8 oz) container low-fat sour cream
- 1 (8 oz) container frozen reduced calorie whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (5.50oz) package sugar-free vanilla wafers (about 45 cookies)
- 7 medium-size ripe bananas, sliced
Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and ranch mix until smooth
- 4 dozen cherry tomatoes (about 2 pints)
- 11 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup minced green onions
- 1 package (.4 oz) ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, if needed to soften

King Ranch Chicken

- 1 can cream of chicken + 1/2 can water
- 1 can cream of mushroom + 1/2 can water
