Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix until smooth
- 11 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 package (.4 ounce) ranch dressing mix
- 3 dozen cherry tomatoes
Strawberry Super Pie

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix melted butter with flour, sugar and nuts
- crust:
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup shopped pecans
- topping:
- 2 lbs. strawberreis, divided
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- filling:
- 1 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
Blueberry Delight

Mix crumbs, powdered sugar and butter and press in bottom of 13x9" pan
- 2 cups coarsely crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- chopped pecans
Sherbet Party Punch

- 2 liters Sprite
- 1 liter ginger ale
- 2 quarts sherbet (your choice of flavor)
Taco Soup

Cook meat, drain. Add meat and remaining ingredients to pot and simmer for 30-40 minutes
- 3 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans + juice
- 1 can black beans + juice
- 1 can pinto beans + juice
- 1 can ranch style beans + juice
- 1 can corn + juice
- 2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 pkg ranch dressing
Trutti-Frutti Ice Cream

My absolute favorite! I got this recipe from Laurelle McLaughlin, who was a very special friend
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 lg can Pet milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pkg. frozen strawberries (sweetened)
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup pecans (I usually use 1 cup)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (optional)
- Whole milk
Seasoned Vegetable Tray

Steam vegetables until tender or cook frozen according to package directions
- 1/3 c. oleo
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 2 medium zucchini or
- 1 - 32 oz. frozen pkg of broccoli and cauliflower

- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Brush On Top:
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried parsley flakes
Mini Pineapple Upside-down Cakes

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 10 indentations of jumbo muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple rings in juice
- 10 tablespoons corn syrup with brown sugar
- 10 maraschino cherries, stems removed
- 1 box (1 lb) pound cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- pinch ground allspice
Oatmeal Rolls

In a saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil
- 2-1/3 cups water, divided
- 1 cup dry oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 5 to 5 -3/4 cups all purpose flour
