Oatmeal Chippers

The kids have always loved it when Sherrod makes these
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 6 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Banana Nut Ice Cream

Mix all ingredients together, adding enough milk to fill gallon ice cream freezer
- 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
- 3 tablespoons vanilla
- 1/2-3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 bananas, mashed

Dream Pies

Beat whipped topping mixes, 1 cup of the milk and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed 6 minutes...
- 2 envelopes Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix
- 2 3/4 c. cold milk, divided
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 pkg. (4 serving size each) Jello Instant Pudding & Pie Filling, any flavor
- 1 baked pastry shell (9") or 1 Honey Maid Graham Pie Crust
Snow Ice Cream

Mix egg and sugar together
- 1 egg, beaten well
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/1 /2 tablespoon vanilla
- fresh clean snow
Shrimp Dinner Salad

Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package, place in large bowl, toss with dressing; chill 1 hour
- 4 c. uncooked shell macaroni
- 16 oz. bottle French,Russian or Catalina dressing
- 2 c. raw cauliflowerets
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. prepared shrimp
- 1 c. sliced black olives
Fresh Fig Cake

Blend together flour, baking powder, soda, spices and pecans
- 3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 1/2 cups chopped figs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons rum flavoring
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
Buttery Crescents

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in milk
- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 2 cups warm milk (110-115 degrees)
- 6-1/2 to 7 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- additional melted butter, optional

- 2 sticks butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large can Hershey syrup
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 7 plain Hershey bars

- 12 oz. mini marshmallows
- 6 1/2 oz. can Pet milk
- 1 box candied fruit

- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 2 large tart apples, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
- 3 eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 9 slices day-old French bread (3/4" thick)
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 jar (10 oz) apple jelly
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
