Mix salad ingredients in large bowl
- Dressing:
- 10 cups broccoli florets
- 20 strips crisp bacon
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (opt.)
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Classic Cinnamon Rolls

- Filling:
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water (100-110 degrees)
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 1/2 to 5 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1-3 tablespoons milk
Layer Cake

Spray 9x13" pan. Layer ingredients in order given and drizzle butter over top
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 short fat can crushed pineapple
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 can coconut
- 1 melted stick of butter

- can chicken broth
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 stalk celery

- diced onion
- diced celery

- sliced grapes
- sweet relish
- chopped pecans

- salt and pepper
Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake

Cook pudding as directed on pkg and blend dry cake mix into hot pudding
- 1 small pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- whipped cream (rediwhip is easy)
Venison Stew

Brown meat in a little oil
- 1-2 pounds deer meat, cut into small cubes
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 large potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 soup can water
- 1 tomato can water
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 3 bay leaves
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- (optional: during last 20 minutes, add 1 cup barley)

Foolproof Chocolate Fudge

In heavy saucepan, overlow heat, melt morsels with Eagle Brand
- 18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 14 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
- dash salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
