dozen cherry tomatoes (about 2 pints)
oz. cream cheese, softened
bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
cup minced green onions
package (.4 oz) ranch salad dressing mix
tablespoons mayonnaise, if needed to soften
In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and ranch mix until smooth. Stir in bacon and onions. Add enough mayonnaise, if needed, to thin. Slice a thin slice off tops of tomatoes and carefully scoop out pulp; invert on paper towel to drain. Spoon or pipe creamed mixture into tomatoes and garnish with parsley, if desired. Refrigerate until serving.
