- 1 box macaroni-cooked just beyond al dente
- 3 hard boiled eggs-2 chopped into small pieces and 1 sliced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- Mayonnaise
- Onion salt
- Celery salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 can peas
- Paprika
Sukiyaki

In a large skillet, heat oil; brown meat
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 can bamboo shoots
Chicken Noodle Soup

Add all ingredients except noodles and cook until vegetables are tender
- 5 cans chicken broth (14 1/2 ounces each)
- 2 cups water
- 1 chopped onion
- Sliced carrots
- Sliced celery
- 2 Tbsps. chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1/2 pkg. egg noodles
Cheesy Vegetable Casserole

Cut cheese into cubes. Place in saucepan with ¼ cup butter
- 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 bag (16 oz. ) frozen vegetable blend containing broccoli
- Cauliflower and carrots, thawed and drained
- 1 cup (about 30) crushed butter crackers
Cole Slaw

Chop cole slaw, mix all other ingredients together
- 1 bag cole slaw
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 1/2 tsp. vinegar
Turnip

Cut turnip into slices. Boil until tender
- 2 whole turnip
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Linguini Salad

Mix all ingredients and let stand in refrigerator for one hour
- 1 box linguini, cooked and drained
- 1 16 ounce bottle of Italian dressing
- 1/2 jar Salad Supreme
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 can black olives, drained and sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced or diced
- 1 onion, sliced or diced
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, cubed
Cheddar Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Place potatoes in 4-quart saucepan
- 3 pounds russet or Idaho potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Broccoli Casserole

Combine all ingredients in a baking dish
- 2 packages frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1 small block Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped or 2 Tbsps. minced onion
Baked Triple Veggie Dip

Mix all ingredients together, reserving ¼ cup of cheese
- 1 can asparagus spears, chopped
- 1 10 ounce pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 8.5 ounce can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
