Jalapeno Cornmeal Pancakes

Prepare the toppings: Fry the bacon in a medium nonstick skillet until crisp
- For the Toppings:
- 8 strips thick-cut bacon
- 1 12-ounce jar orange marmalade
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- For the Pancakes:
- 1/2 cup blue cornmeal
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil, plus more for the griddle
- 2 tablespoons finely diced seeded jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 scallions, chopped
Baked Chicken Salad

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
- 2 cans Swanson chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 cup sliced almonds, blanched
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
Mushroom Piroshki

Beat butter, cheese and salt together in mixer until completely smooth and blended

- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
- 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

- 2 tsp. cream or milk
Spinach Supreme

- 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chicken Noodle Casserole

- 2 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Swanson chicken
- 1 pound egg noodles, cooked
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs

- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 28 oz. crushed/pureed tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 box lasagna
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 lbs. mozzarella cheese
Chili Lime Chicken Wings

Cut wings into three sections; discard wing tip sections
- 2-1/2 pounds whole chicken wings
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2/3 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Oil for deep-fat frying
Baked Ziti Supreme

Baked Reuben Casserole

- 1 pound sliced Swiss cheese
- 1-1/4 pounds sliced deli corned beef
- 1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 2/3 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
