Don’t pop over to my place unannounced
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup butter, room temp
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 2 1/4 cups white wheat flour (or you can use white)
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli cuz its the best EVER)

Hot Fudge Mocha

OMG delicious! No need to spend a fortune at your local coffee shop, when you can make this mocha at home!
- 1 quart 2% milk
- 1 jar (11.75 oz) hot fudge
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup instant espresso powder, plus 1/8 tsp for garnish
- 1/2 cup marshmallow creme, such as Marshmallow Fluff
Caramel Apple Cake

1. Butter a 9-by-3-inch round cake pan
- For the Caramel and Apples:
- 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for the pan
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 Tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 large Golden Delicious apples (1 3/4 to 2 pounds)
- For the Batter:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar

- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 pound Velveeta cheese product, cut up
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
