- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper

CATALINA Chicken Stir-Fry

- 3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
- 4 cups hot cooked white rice
Hungarian Goulash

- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 1 1/2-2 tablespoons sweet or hot paprika, (or a mixture of the two), preferably Hungarian (see Ingredient Note)
- Per serving: 180 calories; 5 g fat (2 g sat, 2 g mono); 48 mg cholesterol; 6 g carbohydrates; 25 g protein; 1 g fiber; 250 mg sodium; 298 mg potassium.

Linguine with Shrimp Scampi

Drizzle some oil in large pot of boiling water, add 1 T salt and linguine and cook 7-10 mins

- 1 ½ pounds linguine
- 6 T unsalted butter
- 5 T olive oil
- 3 T minced garlic (9 cloves)
- 2 pounds large shrimp (32 shrimp), peeled & deveined
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ¾ c chopped fresh parsley
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- ½ c freshly squeezed lemon juice (4 lemons)
- ½ lemon thinly sliced in half-rounds
- ¼ tsp red hot pepper flakes
Crustless Bacon and cheese Quiche

HEAT oven to 325ºF. RESERVE 2 Tbsp
- 5 green onions, chopped, divided
- 1 tomato, chopped, divided
- 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
- 12 eggs
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Tequila Lime Chicken

Heat a grill with coals and brush the rack with oil to prevent the chicken from sticking
- ½ gold tequila
- 1 c freshly squeezed lime juice (from 5-6 limes
- ½ c freshly squeezed orange juice (2 oranges)
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 T minced fresh jalapeno pepper (1 pepper seeded)
- 1 T minced fresh garlic
- 2 T kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 3 whole (6 split) boneless chicken breasts, skin on chili powder, jalapeno pepper, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add the chicken breasts. Refrigerate overnight.
Oven Bacon-Denver Omelet
